Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not too crowded. The service was very good and I always had a full drink. The food is very well priced and tasted very good! Will have to come back to try more food items on the menu. We got pretzels and the mustard dipping sauce was probably my favorite!

Was in town and stopped by for lunch. Staff was friendly and the place felt cozy. Ordered the fish and chips. Really enjoyed the batter to fish ratio. Would definitely come back again.

The Mason Jar quickly became one of my new favorites and is a must-visit in Fuquay Varina! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff and warm smiles. Whether you choose to sit at the bar, outside, or inside at a booth or a table, you're in for some truly amazing food. I've enjoyed both their lunch and brunch—each dish deliciously prepared. The handcrafted burgers, blackened shrimp tacos with kale coleslaw, and hand-cut fries are exceptional. Don't miss the chicken Caesar wrap and the kid-friendly Mac and Cheese with fruit. For brunch, the brisket bowl is outstanding with tender meat and perfectly cooked potatoes. Their drinks, like the Ultimate Bloody Mary and spicy strawberry margarita, perfectly complement the meal. A definite recommendation for anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely an incredible brewery. Staff was amazing and knowledgeable. Many great beers available, not just lagers anymore. The venue is huge outside with plenty of area for dogs and kids there is even a playground. Joe Hero a foo fighters tribute band played and they were awesome. We will be back

We went as a very large group, taking up the large room in the back. The waitress did an excellent job of keeping track of our orders and ensuring our drinks were refilled. I was very much impressed by the service. The food was awesome! I am looking forward to going back.

The Sourdough Club was a good sandwich and I especially liked the dill mayonnaise condiment. Being a 'mayonnaise person' I wish I would've asked for some extra, as it added a lot of flavor to the sandwich. The bacon dill potato salad was excellent, too. So, now I know I'm also a 'dill mayonnaise person!' I never order club sandwiches, but the Mason Jar Tavern has a very good and extensive menu, so it was difficult to make a decision on what to order. After I told my server the three dishes I had it narrowed down to, she told me the club was one of their popular lunch dishes, and since I never order clubs, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to go for it! I'm glad I did! Next time I'm going to try the Fried Green Tomato BLT, as the server said it was a house favorite, as well. My main course was very good, but the star of the show was the dessert flight. The Chocolate Chess pie and the S'mores in a Jar were my favorites, but the apple cobbler and Crème Brûlée were delicious, too! If I could only choose one, it would've been the Chocolate Chess pie. Lastly, my server and the service was wonderful! She was very sweet and the epitome of Southern hospitality! : ) I'm looking forward to dining here again when I return to the Raleigh/Fuquay Varina area.

Talk about a hidden gem! My wife and I were in Fuquay-Varina for a work event and wanted to grab lunch. So glad that we came here! The food came out very quickly, was super delicious and was very inexpensive. We live about 30 minutes away and it’s worth the drive to come back. The waitress was very helpful and friendly.

This was our first visit to the main jar tavern. We were delighted with the food! Our server was amazing, and again, THE FOOD!! **chef's kiss** we ordered the fried green tomatoes with chow chow on top. Delicious! The prices were very reasonable. We will definitely go back again.
